Buckle up, Wasteland wanderers! We are hurtling toward the explosive premiere of Fallout Season 2, and it’s less than two weeks away! This December 17, prepare to dive back into the irradiated wonders of New Vegas, as the much-anticipated new season lights up your screens on Prime Video!
In an electrifying showcase at CCXP25 in Brazil, Fallout fans got their first tantalizing whiff of what's in store. Stars like Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, Aaron Moten, and Justin Theroux hit the stage, unveiling brand-new glimpses from Season 2 and firing up the audience with what game aficionados can expect when the season drops.
Season 1 was jam-packed with game nods, and it looks like Season 2 is set to dial it up to 11! Walton Goggins, who electrifies the screen as Cooper “The Ghoul” Howard, teased, “Every single corner you look there’s an Easter egg. But none more spectacular than House. It becomes this larger-than-life presence.”
This House Goggins speaks of is none other than Robert House, the enigmatic kingpin of New Vegas, brought to life by the immensely talented Justin Theroux. He shared, “In the video game, we don't really see flesh and blood House. He's mostly on screen. But there's a genius move by the show's creators to breathe life into him—to see him before the apocalypse. This was such a thrilling chance to dive into his character.”
Theroux confessed the challenge of giving life to Mr. House while honoring the legacy left by his game counterpart. “The challenge was to make him as realized as possible... respecting the work of the incredible René Auberjonois, who voiced him in the game.”
Longtime buddies Goggins and Theroux couldn’t contain their excitement about getting to share the screen! “I've admired Justin’s work forever and was thrilled to finally watch my friend bring this world to life,” Goggins beamed.
Theroux chimed in, likening the experience to “watching your favorite magician perform.” Their legendary scenes together promise to be barn-burners, so fasten your Pip-Boys, it’s going to be wild!
Fallout Season 2 is set to ignite your screens on December 17, exclusively on Prime Video. Clear your calendars, ready your snacks, and get ready to embark on a new chapter of this post-apocalyptic saga!
